Volunteers, Raffles Prizes and Cakes needed for the Christmas Meet 2023
We need your help to run a successful Christmas Meet.
We need:
- Volunteers - for the balcony entry desk, raffle, medals desk, set up and take down (you will all get to see the racing). To volunteer please complete this form:https://forms.gle/nPLugbUH3tLUUiiAA.
- Raffle prizes - donations of chocolates, biscuits, smellies, children’s gifts etc etc - please give to Claire, Lewis or Ciaran Turner or Adam Wright or the Coaching Team.
- Cakes - if you can make or buy cakes or biscuits for the cake stall please email financegroupwasc@gmail.com. Single portions please.
