Volunteers, Raffle Prizes and Cakes needed for the Spring Development Meet and Officials for the future.
If we are to run a successful Spring Development Meet on the 18th May we urgently need volunteers.
We need:
- Volunteers - for the balcony entry desk, raffle, medals desk, set up and take down (you will all get to see the racing).
- Team Managers - (qualifications required)
- Lane Marshals - (DBS required)
- Raffle prizes - donations of chocolates, biscuits, smellies, children’s gifts etc etc - please give to Claire, Lewis or Ciaran Turner or Adam Wright or the Coaching Team.
- Cakes - if you can make or buy cakes or biscuits for the cake stall please bring them along. Single portions please.

Officials
For the future of club events we also need new officials so that we can run events like the Club Champs in June/July - you could begin your training at the Dev Meet. If you would be interested in becoming an official, please email Nina for more information: wascofficials@gmail.com.
Our club urgently needs your support - many of our current volunteers have swimmers who are about to go to university so we need new people throughout the club. If you are interested in getting involved in any way either poolside or behind the scenes please speak to Barry or Michael or email wingalateam@gmail.com and we will happily chat to you.
