Payments for Galas
The club are now receiving payment for galas by online bank transfer. In order for the payments to be correctly allocated, the following instructions must be strictly adhered to.
We have a separate bank account set up to accept gala payments. Please DO NOT make a gala payment to the membership account.

Now for the important bit, the payment reference.
Each gala will have a specific reference, the first 5 letters will indicate the gala you are paying for followed by the swimmer's surname and their initial.
For example, if you would like to pay for an entry to the Prescot Gala the reference will be PrescJonesE or the Nuneaton gala NuneaJonesC.
Please pay for each gala and swimmer separately, please DO NOT lump a family payment together. If you have 2 children competing we will need 2 payments for each gala.
There is also a £1 administration fee per swimmer to enter each gala. This is to cover the cost of poolside passes, printing and postage costs for entries.
Going forwards all galas must be paid for by the closing date to avoid your child's entry being rejected. Your cooperation with this will be much appreciated.
