Swimming & Coaching Background
As a youngster I learned to swim as many children do, I worked my way through the stages and eventually started my competitive career at Northwich Swimming Club. I quickly fell in love with the sport and worked my way up to National level in Backstroke. I later moved to Winsford to further my ambitions as an athlete in 2011. Since then I have been lucky enough to train with many outstanding swimmers and swam all over the country, I have also been luck enough to swim abroad many times and work with some fantastic coaches at Winsford and other coaches through the SCAPS program and Vale Royal Performance.
My degree led me down the coaching route as I wanted to give something back to the sport that I love. I have been very fortunate to work with so many talented, hardworking children. I hope to remain in coaching for many more years to come and to continue to help all swimmers reach their full potential.
