Fly Technique Session - Feedback - Tues 10th March
HUGE WELL DONE again to all who took part in the Butterfly technique and skills session this morning (Tuesday 10th March). Outstanding focus from all 32 swimmers who were in attendance with some massive improvements from our swimmers.
Next week we will do a recap on Backstroke TECHNIQUE plus a key focus on Backstroke STARTS and TURNS.
It will be great to see you all there, keep up the good work and as always see you at the pool!
