Land Training Reminder - please let us know if you cannot attend.

Just a reminder that if you are unable to attend your land training sessions for any reason, please try and let us know as soon as possible. We are not in contact with the coaches once they are at Knights Grange, so the sooner the better please.

On Friday we were able to amalgamate a number of sessions and both Michael and Barry got to go home early. So, thank you to all those people who let us know.
