Thursday 12th March, 7-9pm - Juggernaut Senior and Juggernaut A
Just a reminder that this Thursday 12th March will be for Juggernaut Senior and Juggernaut A, please can all swimmers make the most of this extra monthly session. It is very important to train as much as possible leading into the Spring and Summer Meets, those swimmers racing in the Liverpool Spring Meet and who are in Juggernaut Senior and Juggernaut A should put out all the stops to train this Thursday evening, so we can prepare thoroughly.
