Thursday 30th 7-9pm Training - also for Silver Squad Swimmers in Cheshire Relays and Individual Races

On Thursday 30th January we will again be practising relay takeovers for 30 minutes of the session. The session is open to all Gold as usual, plus any swimmers from Silver who are competing in the Cheshire individual or relay races. Can all relay participants from Gold and Silver please make every effort to attend.
