Tuesday Morning Front Crawl Technique Session (25th Feb)

Thank you and well done to all who attended the Tuesday 25th February 5-7am Front Crawl technique session. All swimmers did fantastically well, focusing, listening and taking everything on board and making progress. It was great to see a large number in attendance and great to see everyone making strong improvements.

The next technique session will be on: Tuesday 3rd March 5-7am and the stroke focus will be BREASTROKE.

It would be great to see as many swimmers in attendance as possible.
