50m Training - Saturday 9th October - Juggernaut session - now includes Platinum and Gold

This Saturday 9th October 2021 Long Course Training is on at Liverpool Aquatics Centre at Wavertree 50m pool for Juggernaut A squad from 10am - 12pm.

This session is now open to Platinum and Gold in addition to Juggernaut swimmers.

It is really important to let Claire Brown know if you intend to swim so the appropriate set is prepared by the coach for the swimmers attending and so any additional spaces can be filled to maximise the sessions. DO NOT JUST TURN UP - we only have 2 lanes allocated and there may not be an appropriate space for you.
