Cheshire Junior Graded Meet 2021 - unlicensed time entries
Organisers of the Cheshire Junior Graded meet have posted the following online:
Following feedback from clubs regarding the availability of Level X times we are making the following provision for Non-Licensed times for the Junior Meet.
Clubs can submit training times for the Level 3 meet providing that they are ratified by the coach.
These swims will be put on to a reserve list and should there be any spaces after the close of entries on the 29th 0ctober then they will accepted on a first come basis.
These unlicensed time entries cannot be submitted using the sport system entry file so please send details of the entries to Val Mellor on swimchamps@swimcheshire.org. Entry fees will only be required if the entries are accepted.
So any swimmer wishing to enter an event with an unlicensed time at the Cheshire Graded Meet may now do so. But, you are not guaranteed entry. Please email your details of the races you wish to enter, the entry time and when it was achieved to winsfordgalas4entry@gmail.com by Wednesday 27th October. Amanda can then collate the entries and send them as a club entry as requested. Payment will be requested later if the entry is successful.
This is only for unlicensed times - we cannot add normal late entries to the previously submitted Sportsystem entry file.
