New Membership Payment System – Action Required - All Squad and Lesson Parents and Masters
A new system is being introduced for making the monthly membership payments. This system will allow you to pay using debit/credit cards or by direct debit rather than by standing order.
Action required:
- Over the next few weeks you will receive an email invite from no-reply@swimming.club to join the payment website - please accept this invite when received. If you have not received an invite within the next few weeks, this might be because it has gone into your Spam folder or because we do not have your up to date email address. If the latter let us know at wascmembership@gmail.com. After you have accepted the invitation you will have access to your area of the payment system using a password that you create. If your swimmer is going on the 2022 Senior Swim Camp you have already accepted your invite and therefore can proceed to set up your monthly membership.
- Please CANCEL your standing order for September – we can’t do this on your behalf. If you accidentally pay twice for September please contact us at the email below and we will reimburse one of the payments.
- At the beginning of September, set up the membership fees for your swimmer. Enter https://winsford.swimming.club using the password you created in step 1 and scroll down to the bottom of the Home page to the area called ‘Manage your Club Membership’ . Check your swimmer is in the correct squad or lessons. Click on the ‘Setup Squad Payment’ button . Note that as soon as you enter your card or bank details the first months payment will be taken. Subsequent payments will come out on the same day each month.
- If for any reason (can’t think of any at present!) your child no longer wants to swim please let us know on wascmembership@gmail.com and we will cancel your membership payment.
To simplify the payment system for squad swimmers, we have amalgamated the membership fee and the squad fee. You should however still be paying the same overall amount that you pay currently. Please note that the family discount is given once you have clicked on the ‘Setup Squad Payment’ button and will come off the eldest child’s payment.
Given the number of swimmers at Winsford we are bound to set up some of the memberships incorrectly (apologies in advance). Please let us know if your swimmer is in the wrong squad, you have an incorrect family discount, you have the wrong swimmer or anything else.
