Return to Competition Health Declaration Form Required for Satellites Meet

Further to the email you should have all received from Satellites over night swimmers need to bring with them a Return to Competition Declaration Form available here: https://www.swimming.org/swimengland/pool-return-supporting-resources/

If you no longer wish to swim at the gala please follow the instructions to withdraw on that email AND please let the team know by emailing wingalateam@gmail.com

Please remember your masks as they are required and if you can complete a lateral flow test prior to attending, unless you have tested positive in the previous 90 days, and only attend if your result is negative, that would be appreciated by the team.
