SENW Regional Camp 2021 - Report

Just returned from the SENW Regional Camp, held in Wigan. Although it was a really long day, both Edward & Ciaran thoroughly enjoyed the 2 x 2hr swim sessions and 1hr core strength & conditioning session, saying that ‘learning more about turns & completing more underwater work during a set was awesome’ and that ‘the best part was the 200 IM races at the end’!
