Just a reminder that from tomorrow - 16th August you can turn up to any eligible session without booking in.
The timetable is available here. If you are not sure if a session is the right one for you please ask before showing up. We don't want to be turning people away if we can help it.
The exception is Thursday evening. This is for Juggernaut A swimmers only and still requires you to book in. Follow this link to see if you are on the list. Let us know if you are not on the list and would like to swim.
