Cheshires Reminders
The Cheshire County Swimming Championships will be held over the next 3 weekends.
There will be no Saturday morning training at Winsford 6-8am on Saturday 22nd January.
Warm Ups
The warm up times are as follows:
Session – 1: 22nd January 2022: 1.00pm. warm up (not 1:30pm as on the programme)
Session – 2: 22nd January 2022: 4.00pm. warm up
Session – 3: 23rd January 2022: 9.00am. warm up
Session – 4: 23rd January 2022: 12.30pm. warm up
Session – 5: 29th January 2022: 1.00pm. warm up (not 1:30pm as on the programme)
Session – 6: 30th January 2022: 9.00am. warm up
Session – 7: 30th January 2022: 1.15pm. warm up
Session – 8: 5th February 2022: 1.00pm. warm up (not 1:30pm as on the programme)
Session – 9: 5th February 2022: 4.15pm. warm up
Session – 10: 6th February 2022: 9.00am. warm up
Session – 11: 6th February 2022: 12.30pm.warm up
If you are swimming in a session you should arrive in time for your warm up at the start of the session.
Withdrawals
Withdrawals can be texted to 07759 162364
Please note you MUST withdraw from a race if you do not wish to swim, in accordance with the conditions or you may be removed from ALL events that day or even for the remainder of the competition. The organisers are very strict on this. If you withdraw please let the team know too so they aren't looking for you - please email wingalateam@gmail.com or claire_brown@aol.com.
Volunteers
If you have agreed to help with a session, please turn up, even if you haven't had confirmation from the organisers. For whatever reason confirmation emails have not been sent to everyone but we have been told they still need us.....

General reminder
A polite reminder that only authorised team managers and coaches are allowed poolside with the swimmers. Parents are not allowed poolside.
