Arena B Team Division 1 B Final 2024 - 2nd place!!!!
What a final… I am so ridiculously proud of you all 👏🏻 fantastic swims, support and team spirit 🧡
We had some phenomenal results:
- Coming 2nd!!!
- 35 (out of 51) improved placings!!!
- 62 PBs which almost doubled since round 1!!!
- 9 x 1st places:
- Girls 15/U free AND medley relay
- Girls open free AND medley relay
- Jess B 13/U 100 back
- Molly B open 100 back
- Molly J open 100 breast
- Sophie G open 100 free
- Boys 11/U medley relay
- And Axl Buso who slipped of the block in warm up, fell in due to a held start - then completed his 50fly dropping 2 seconds (well done to whichever Winsford member started the cheering👏🏻) he then dropped a further 2 seconds in his 50fly in the relay!!
- And EVERY SINGLE RELAY (17) went faster and placed higher than they did last round!!!!!!!
Which as I said to the swimmers shows what this gala is about, before those last relays we were 3rd - it’s the whole team 🧡
