Next huge thank you to Lewis Turner, Ethan Wright, Jay Cushen & Carys Roberts for travelling back from University to swim the round for us & to Ethan Jones who swims with the RAF who also made a special effort to come!

Thank you to Jackie Schillinger and Stuart Fraser for officiating. To Andy for keeping the troops calm, collected & controlled behind the blocks, to Sue, Claire & John for TM’ing & once again Dani for TM and all her work behind the scenes doing this humungous job!

We now move our efforts onto the final where we need to be on our absolute best game, no room for error! Can everyone make the upmost effort to be at training continuously for the next 5 weeks- arena league practice every Wednesday night as normal, so please be there, not just for yourselves but for your whole team. We can’t make the improvements we want to without your regular attendance. Expect teams to up their games… it will happen, and we need to really do the same to stand a fighting chance!!

So… time to get our head down, focus and then let’s go to Blackpool and rock the place… the orange army will arrive in force with an opportunity of making history with potentially our highest placing ever. Top 2 teams make the National final in Cardiff next March and it’s all to play for!!
