We have an exciting opportunity at Brio Leisure, and I would be grateful if you could share this with your parents and swimmers.
Due to the ongoing challenges associated with the recruitment and retention of swimming teachers Brio Leisure have created a Teacher Training Academy and Rising Star program. The aims are to break down barriers and support individuals to access affordable training, whilst facilitating partnership working with key stakeholders on shared aims/objectives and championing innovating ways of attracting and retaining talent.
It is made up of two programmes;
- Teacher Training Academy (TTA).
- Rising Stars (14-16 year olds).
