North Mids Reminders- from the President of the North Mids
Good evening all,
I hope you are all enjoying a well-deserved summer break with your families and friends. Time certainly seems to be flying by—and before we know it, this year's North Midlands Galas will be here.
I wanted to take a moment to highlight a few important gala-related reminders that require action:
1. Gala Entries
Several sessions are already full, and others are filling up fast. Please remind your parents to enter their swimmers as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. (To enter the gala please click here)
2. Volunteers Needed
At present, we do not have enough volunteers to safely and successfully run the gala. I kindly ask you to speak with all your parents and encourage them to offer their support by completing the volunteer details via the link included in the entry conditions shared with all clubs. A copy can also be found on the Swimming Events site. (Link for volunteers: https://forms.gle/Jpmgdghu7PGyG4cR8) This is a fantastic opportunity for trainee judges to begin their workbooks.
