Percy Mason 22 - Friday Night Report
On Friday night 16 swimmers travelled to Warrington to compete in the Percy Mason Memorial meet. Friday evening was a distance night of 800m and 1500m freestyle and our swimmers swam their hearts out in some difficult heats of both boys and girls of mixed ages and abilities, but all swimmers were focused and didn’t let this phase them and swam their own races.
Winsford swimmers came away with 9 medals and many pbs.
Well done to all who competed, you all learnt something from racing last night which will help you progress and improve in your next distance race.
