SENW Diving News

The North West Region had two athletes taking part in the recent Swim England Diving National Age Group Championships 2025, which took place at Sandwell Aquatics Centre from the 26^th - 29^th June 2025. Lennon Elson, from Burscough Diving Club competed in the Open Group A on the 1m board event, finishing 8^th overall, whilst his team-mate Amber Blundell, also from Burscough, competed in the Female Group C, finishing a credible 9^th place overall. With such limited access to diving boards here in the North West Region, it is great to see some of our athletes being able to qualify and compete at such a high standard at National Competitions, well done to you both!

Entries are now open for the 2025 Swim England North West and Swim England North East Para-Swimming Championships, which will be taking place in Darwen on the Sunday 28th September 2025,

Swim England North West Masters Swimming Championships 2025

The Second Swim England North West Masters Swimming Championships of 2025 are now open for entries. The competition will be held at Palatine Leisure Centre, Blackpool on the 13^th September 2025.

Swim England North West Winter Championships 2025

SENW are delighted to announce that the SENW Regional Winter Championships together with a Winter Development Meet will take place on the 1st & 2nd November 2025 at Manchester Aquatics Centre (25m), click here for further details.

SENW Young Volunteer Award (Online) 29.9.25

The Swim England North West Young Volunteer Award is designed to provide young people, between the ages of 14 and 17 the opportunity to develop the necessary knowledge, skills and experience to prepare them as Volunteers within Aquatic Sport.  The Award has been designed to suit young people from any Aquatic Discipline, (Swimming, Water Polo, Artistic Swimming and Diving).
