SEPTEMBER SPRINTS -SATURDAY 13TH SEPTEMBER - entries now open
On Saturday 13th September we will be running a Level 4 Sprint gala (all the 50m races) for Transition A & B, Development and Juggernauts. This will be instead of training that evening.
Entry is £3 per race plus £2 admin fee.

Volunteering

It can be daunting putting yourself forward. However, it's really not that difficult and there are roles for everyone.
Squad Marshalling - you need to be able to read names, talk to children and work a highlighter.
Lane Marshalling - you need to be able to read names, talk to children and know your numbers from 1 to 6.
Officials - you know what you need! Refs, judges and timekeepers needed. We need you to make this a licensed meet! We will be running a Timekeeper course soon. Once again Please consider taking part. We do need new volunteers.
Set up/take down - you need to be able to carry things short distances. (You don't even have to talk to any children!)
