Swim Conwy Whitsun Meet 2024 - cancelled
Dear Club
It is with regret that Swim Conwy have made the decision to cancel the Whitsun Meet, this was due to the low numbers of entries along with the lack of Officials, the decision was not an easy one but had to be made sooner than later as maybe some of the clubs had booked accommodation and would have needed paying for by this weekend.
If your Club has made a payment for entries and Coaches Passes please let me know the Club's Bank Details and our Treasurer will transfer the payment back into your account.
Myself and Swim Conwy will be meeting soon to discuss the 2025 calendar and see how we can avoid this happening again.
