Urgent appeal for help at the North Mids 25
Good afternoon all,
As you will all be aware, accepted entries for this year’s North Midlands Galas have now been published. However, we are currently facing a serious challenge: we do not yet have sufficient volunteers to run the gala.
We urgently need your help. Please share this message with your members and encourage anyone who may be able to support us to come forward.
In addition to Qualified Officials and Judges in Training, we are also in need of volunteers for:
Door and admissions
Computer and results support
Marshalling and poolside coordination
Every role is essential to ensuring the gala runs smoothly, safely, and successfully.
A reminder that the North Midlands Committee will meet on Tuesday 16th September, and all clubs are invited to attend. One of the key items on the agenda will be whether the gala can proceed, based on the availability of volunteers.
