Winsford Swimming Club

Our current Swim England Registrations Officer has resigned after some five years in the role, and we are still looking for a replacement. This is a key Committee position with the following role content:

1. Receive membership requests and register swimmers and other club role members onto the Swim England Register weekly.
2. Maintain and update member qualifications and classification changes onto the SE Register in conjunction with Club Chair.
3. Maintain and update the WASC member spreadsheet
4. Liaise with members, parents and other Committee members on matters relating to SE Registration
5. Attend Committee meetings ( Quarterly )
6. Complete the year-end Club member renewal return with SE

Skills required for this role are:-

Good level of computer literacy including use of email, spreadsheets and online systems.

Lisa is continuing in the role until a replacement is identified, and will pass on all the required information to her successor. Support will also be available from other Committee members. But she would really like to step down now as it is a number of months since she first resigned.
