Winsford Swimming Club

For the last 3 days- 40 of our Winsford swimmers headed to Liverpool for their annual national meet. Our swimmers were in search of last minute regional times, national window slots and long course practice. We came away with countless medals and pbs and it was the perfect first LC practice meet of the season! Smoothly ran, well organised and fantastic fun! Well done to each and everyone who swum, you all looked prep’d and on the right track for Regionals to begin in 2 weeks time! 

It was wonderful to see Loic come over and race, lovely to have Carys come and join us from University and welcoming Charlotte and Hen so nicely to our team, we hope you had a fantastic weekend as well. 

Thank you to Jacqui J, Jackie S, Dani, Gemma R and John for TM’ing. For Andy and Izzy for team coaching- overall great team effort, we had a lot of laughter, cheering and team bonding. Thank you Stuart Fraser for officiating, and Amanda for doing all our entries.

As we swiftly move towards Regionals try to maximise training, great attendance, work hard and push through!
