Photography and Filming During Swim Club Sessions

Just a gentle reminder about filming and photography during training sessions at Brio.

Brio has a no filming or photography policy during regular swim sessions, so please refrain from taking photos or videos from the balcony. Although there isn’t permanent signage, the policy is still in place and, as a club, we’re required to follow it. While Swim England doesn’t advocate a blanket ban, Brio’s venue rules apply.

With permission, coaches may occasionally film swimmers for coaching purposes. Any videos are shared with parents and then deleted from the coach’s device.

Galas are closed events, so photography and filming may be permitted in line with the meet conditions. This will always be clearly communicated in the event programme.

To help keep our swimmers safe, we kindly ask that parents and carers:

  • Do not take photos or videos during training

  • Keep phones away in changing rooms

  • Support Brio’s policy and our shared commitment to safeguarding

Thank you for your understanding and continued support. If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
