Sandwell Aquatics LC Regional Qualifier 2024 - Entries Now Open
Winsford Swim Team have decided to enter the Sandwell LC Meet over the weekend of the 9th and 10th March 2024. Sandwell is a Level 3 Long Course meet, with a full programme of events (minus the 800 & 1500 Free), and is ideal for the vast majority of our swimmers, with no lower cut off times. The meet takes place at the Commonwealth pool in Sandwell and is a great opportunity to experience racing in this brand new facility, where Swim England competed at in 2022.
The meet has been put on so our swimmers can target Regional Consideration Times, gain experience of racing in a LC pool at a level 3 standard, and to practice race tactics over the LC format.
The Sandwell meet will be attended by Reece Craghill for the full weekend, so we definitely want to take a large team to Sandwell where both Development and Juggernaut swimmers are in attendance.
All entry times need to be converted to Long Course times, details on how to do this are on our gala page.
It would be great if we can take a large team to Sandwell and experience racing in the Commonwealth pool.
