Training Changes and News Updates - All Squads - 5/11/2025
Monthly Newsletter
In an effort to reduce the number of emails that are sent out and to consolidate lots of information into one place we are introducing a monthly newsletter. By reading the last sentence you have already made the exciting step into reading this month's newsletter. Well done, you truly are a trailblazer!
The newsletter will contain any upcoming training changes, an update on previous galas, a reminder of upcoming galas and any entries that need to be made and any news or achievements that have happened. Keep reading and you'll see what I mean.
TRAINING CHANGES FOR NOVEMBER
Due to the Arena League and Buxton Meets there will be the following changes to training:
Saturday 8th November - NO Morning Training
Sunday 9th November - Morning Training is open to all Juggernaut, Development and Masters swimmers.
Saturday 15th November - NO Morning Training
Sunday 16th November - NO Morning Training. The 4-5.30pm session is available to all Juggernaut swimmers.
MEETS
October was a great month for galas. A staggeringly high number of swimmers at the North Midlands with loads of medals and personal bests and we once again picked up the Top Club Award. We also got off to a fantastic start in the Arena League with our A Team coming 4th and the B Team 3rd - both in difficult draws.
November has kicked off with success at the Winter Regionals with swimmers qualifying for Finals, smashing PB's and yet more Medals.
Coming up we have the second round of Arena, the Buxton Meet and the ESSA National Finals, so lots to look forward to (and train hard for).
ACHIEVEMENTS
Congratulations to Adam Blackburn for completing his Level 1 Coaching Qualification. With the recently qualified Abigail Bridges and Toby Jones our Younger Coaching Team is growing fast.
A big well done to Pippa Rajadurai who won Gold in the National Championships for Water Polo
We, rather belatedly, received the Cheshire SA Award for Most Improved Club at the Cheshires in January - we're going to need a bigger trophy cabinet at this rate!
OTHER NEWS
Molly and Izzy will be the National SE awards on 29th November after being nominated for the Swimming Club of the Year Award.
