Fantastic effort from everyone who attended the Backstroke Technique, Starts and Turns Clinic this morning. Great to see so many swimmers in the pool, working hard on their skills. No doubt, absolutely massive gains made by all, great focus, attitude and discipline, great session, well done to all.
Next Tuesday morning will follow the same format but on Freestyle. So Technique, Starts and Turns, plus a mini set for the last 30 Minutes.
