September Schedule from Wed 2nd Sept - Training Time Changes and Rejections

This week is a busy week at the pool.  With holidays finishing we are unfortunately in a position where sessions are overbooked and decisions will have to be made about who can and cannot swim.
Wednesday night is particularly busy and there have been a lot of movements of swimmers to accommodate everyone.  Some swimmers have had to be reassigned to the morning session and there are a large amount of swimmers training at a different time to normal.  If you cannot find yourself at your normal training time please check the other sessions to see if you have been moved.  Thankfully we have not had to reject anyone, however, there are people swimming at less convenient times.  If you cannot make the session for any reason then please let us know as soon as possible so we can offer them your space.
Saturday and Sunday morning sessions are also proving very popular and are heavily overbooked.  It is very likely we will have to restrict swimmers to only one of these sessions and even then there may still be some rejections.
Failure to attend sessions and taking up spaces other swimmers could use WILL reduce the amount of training offered to you in the future
We know this is very chaotic, however, with the positive feedback we have been getting from Brio we are hoping that, at our next meeting, we may be able to set a date for increasing pool numbers.  This will help to allow swimmers to train at preferred times, increase training times for some squads and let us make some promotions.
We do appreciate your patience and support over this difficult time.
