Urgent Help Needed at the Cheshires on the Door

HELP IS NEEDED ON THE DOOR FOR THE CHESHIRES IN JAN/FEB 2020:
Unfortunately, the lady who covers the door at the Counties is no longer able to help and we need the clubs to cover the door duties.
Ideally if clubs could ask their parents to volunteer, for even an hour or two, we could create a rota for the six days of the Championships. Two volunteers per session would make it much easier on the desk by sharing the duties and would also mean that they would see their child swim for free!!!
Door duty requires continuous cover from 7.30 a.m. until midway through the afternoon session on each day of the Championships and involves taking admission money and selling programmes.
Full session volunteers will be eligible for travel expenses and lunch.
This is a serious matter so clubs please urge your parents to help out where possible. If we don’t get enough volunteers then clubs will be designated a session to cover. We don’t want to have to go down this route so PLEASE, PLEASE encourage your parents to help out.
*** I have now had one volunteer from Satellites who will cover Sessions 2, 3, 6, 7, 8, 10 and 11.
