Return to Training Renewal Declaration - April 2021 - needs completing by Saturday 10th April
Swim England guidance tells us that we need to ask all swimmers, coaches, teachers and volunteers to complete a Return to Training Renewal Declaration again.
At this time this is just for the swimmers aged 18 and under (still in full time primary or secondary education).
We will ask swimmers aged 18+ to complete the form in the two weeks prior to their return to training (unless they are also a coach, teacher or volunteer).

Please complete this by Saturday 10th April. You will not be able to swim from Monday 12th April until you have completed the form AND it has been approved.
