Time Trial - Saturday 23rd October 5-7.30pm - NO evening training for Transition or Development
Just a reminder that there will be NO evening training for Transition or Development on Saturday 23rd October due to the time trial taking place.
You need to have entered the time trial to take part.
If all swimmers can be at the pool from 5pm when the warm up will start.
