National Window 2026
Dear all,
The National window is just over a week away. Can I ask the hopefuls to have a good read of the criteria to understand what is needed. An example being swimmers saying they are aiming for a 50 when they are not old enough, qualification must be achieved via the 100 or even 200 for certain age groups. This will help us in training over the upcoming weeks with our goals, as we begin to go more specific and lock into the window and Regionals.
We also have open water in the summer which is another fantastic way to try and make summer nationals. We will be putting on some special practices for that in the upcoming months as well, so consider this route too. Open water in the summer is the absolute best! 
Also don’t forget to declare your Home Nations choice, if anyone is wanting to switch to Welsh, or Scottish, now is your time to be doing so. The club supports anyone who wishes to do this and will give you support right through the window and to your Nationals date.
