An Evening to Celebrate Winsford Swim Team. Saturday 6th September.

Venue: Crewe Alexander Football Club, Gresty Road, Crewe, CW2 6EB 

Please arrive from 6pm for a prompt start at 6.30pm.

Tickets can be purchased prior to the event on line at £3.50 per person or on the night at £5 per person (if there is space)

This is an evening to celebrate Winsford Swim Team's Club Championships and all the other fantastic achievements. It's also a chance for our swimmers to socialise and have some much needed fun.

The presentations will be followed by a raffle where the winners will be announced later in the evening as we would like as many people to stay and enjoy the disco.

Raffle

We would like EVERY family to donate a raffle prize to help raise money towards new equipment for the club. If anyone knows of a company/business that could donate a raffle prize that would be great! Raffle tickets will be available to purchase at the door - £1 per ticket or £5 per strip.

If anyone can donate a larger prize or works for a company that could donate that would be fantastic, we had some amazing prizes last year and it would be great if we could get some this year to help raise money for the club.

Second Hand Swim Shop

We will once again be doing the Second Hand Swim Shop at the Celebration Evening. If you are having a clear out please pass any items to Kym Lawson. Please ensure items are in a good condition.

Like previous years we feel it best if each family brings their own food. This has worked very well and prevented lots of waste.

This year the venue has a licensed bar so ALL drinks must be purchased at the bar we are not allowed to supply our own drinks.

Training is cancelled for Development on the evening of the event. Transition training will be on as usual.
