Here’s the latest news, events, and opportunities from across the region:
As you may now be aware Swim England has been working through an organisational redesign.
Swim England North West are continuing to work with Swim England now their new structure is in place. Your regional Team of Diane, Sue, Sara and Dean will remain the same; however, you may see some new names, new teams and slightly different ways of working within Swim England.
Clubs and volunteers will continue to be served by the dedicated Regional Staff and the Swim England Aquatic Clubs team who will be working alongside other key teams, such as the Safe Aquatics Team.

Swim England North West Masters Championships 2026
The SENW Masters Swimming Competition will be held on Saturday 21st February 2026 at Palatine Leisure Centre, Entries are now open and will close 23:59hrs on Friday 14th February 2026

Swim England North West Ltd Annual General Meeting 2026
This is the preliminary notice that the fifth Annual General Meeting of the members of Swim England North West Limited will be held on 11th April 2026 commencing at 10.30am. The meeting will be a ‘hybrid’ meaning that some members will meet ‘face-to-face’ whilst others will join via Zoom. The AGM is one of the main ways to help ensure accountability of the directors of the company (the board) to the members. Clubs that wish to have a representative at the meeting but are not currently a member of the Company please contact swimnorthwest@swimming.org for further details.
