Swimmer Meetings 2023-2024 Season
I am sure all swimmers will have dreams and goals for the new season, now you have the chance to discuss them with your coach.
With the new season approaching we would like to sit down with every swimmer in Juggernaut and Development individually to discuss last season’s training and competition results, and to discuss the new season’s targets, and what we are going to do to achieve them.
This meeting is a two way process between swimmer and coach and I hope it will motivate all who attend to achieve great things for the 2023-2024 season.
Please come to the meeting with ideas on what was good about last season and what can be improved, in terms of training and performance. Also come to the meeting with your targets for the new season and think about what we will need to do to achieve these.
The meeting will only be for 10 minutes sorry. We have many swimmers in Juggernaut and Development, even though we would like to talk with you longer it would take many weeks to get through everyone. But you will all have 10 minutes of just you and your coach to discuss everything about you. So please take up the opportunity and book your slot. Meetings are not compulsory so if you feel you would prefer not to have one then that is fine, not a problem. In past years swimmer meetings have been very popular and we hope everyone will take up the opportunity again.
Please remember to arrive at least 5 minutes early so you are not late for your meeting, we will stick to the time scale exactly.
All meetings will take place at Winsford Lifestyle centre in the public cafe area. It is for swimmer and coach only, no parents sorry. Parents are more than welcome to wait in the foyer/cafe area.
