Winsford Swim Team Presentation Evening September 2023

On Saturday 16th September Winsford Swim Team converged at the Academy to celebrate everything and anything orange. It was a night to celebrate all our swimmers and their achievements at the Club Championships and throughout the season. Not only this but we also gave thanks to all our volunteers and coaches who have put many hours into helping Winsford Swim Team over the past year.

The evening was also an opportunity for us all to have a social and have a bit of a boogy on the dance floor. There really was some top notch dancing, it was a sight to behold watching everyone hit the floor and push out some shapes. Literally some of the dancing reminded of the best dance scene in cinematic history, Pulp Fiction where Uma Thurman and John Travolta danced together, it was a joy to the eyes. But on a serious note it was lovely to see everyone having a nice time, and all our swimmers together having fun as a TEAM.

Many thanks to Shanice Chan and Barry Keeling for organising the evenings awards and also to Claire Turner and her team for organising the wonderful night, and for putting together all the raffle prizes, which I have to say were amazing, thank you to everyone who donated a prize. I am sure all will concur, it was a fantastic evening enjoyed by all our members.

All members are looking forward tremendously to season 2023-2024, lets give it our best!
