A last chance to get County Times and a great starter meet as no times needed!

This is a Development Meet aimed at swimmers aged 9 – 14yrs. However, there is a 15+ category now too!

50m & 100m all strokes plus 100m & 200m Individual Medley

Upper Qualifying times apply

Swimmers do not need a licensed time to enter but do need a time (coach's estimate is fine) to help with seeding.

Closing date for entries 10th November 2026

Entry is £7 per race up to 10th Nov 26. Late entry (if there is space) £10 up to the 12th Dec 26.

Entry to this meet is on a first come, first served basis and we filled up quickly previous years.

Electronic Entry 

Entries are made by individuals, NOT clubs. Whilst you can enter with No Time if you genuinely don't have one, if you do have them please use them or your swimmers will be in the wrong heats.

All information is here and gives you the days left until our closing date. It should be noted that the sign up process is a one off and for future galas will not need to be done.

If you have any questions about the entry process please contact contact@swimming.events and they will get back to you to respond to any queries. Any technical issues will be best solved with a screenshot of the issue and a full description of how you got there. We are told this is the best way for them to solve issue. 

An additional admin fee of £1 has been placed on each swimmer entering the gala. This is to contribute to the poolside passes. Each club will receive a minimum of 2 poolside passes for coaches and team managers in accordance with the Swim England Team Manager, Coaches and Chaperone Guidance 2023 and an appropriate further number of passes as requested by each club to meet with the guidance – approximately 1 pass per 10 swimmers, or part thereof, overall. All coaches, chaperones and personal care attendants must conform to the Swim England child protection procedures.

Spectator Tickets: Available here once accepted entries are available. Limited to one per swimmer due to balcony capacity. If you wish to bring an accompanying child please email wingalateam@gmail.com.

Medal Engraving: We are offering this service £2.50 per medal
