Sad News Regarding our First Competitive Masters Swimmer
We heard yesterday of the death of our friend Brent Ion.
Brent had a long association with, and was a great supporter of, our Club and was our morning lifeguard for a long period, as well as being our first really competitive Masters swimmer.
Both of Brent’s children, Brendan and Emily, swam competitively with us and the whole family were a big part of our Club.
Our sympathy, and warmest thoughts go to Debbie, Brendan and Emily.
