Presentation Evening 2022 - Update 1st January 2022

Dear all,

We are still looking to hold the event as planned, but recognise concerns being expressed. We will implement the following in order to minimise the risk as best we can:

Attendees to take a Lateral Flow Test on the day, and only attend if the result is negative.
Each family to bring their own food.
Tables to be spaced to minimise contacts while the event is on.
Awards to be picked off a table directly by the recipients if this is possible.
Face coverings to be strongly recommended if moving between tables.
Swimmers using the dance floor to be encouraged to maintain some distance from other participants.
Ventilation in the hall to be maximised.

I think this is a fair reflection of current Government Guidelines, continuing, but with great care.

This has to be a decision for individual families, and for those choosing not to attend arrangements will be made for collection of awards after future squad sessions.
