Winsford Swimming Club

It was that time of year again, 25 of our 9-12 year olds heading to Macclesfield to race the other juniors in Cheshire. This is a lovely gala because it gives our juniors that thrill of being in the last heat and winning an event overall! The day was full of continuous PBs, spot prizes and new Cheshire qualification times! 

We had lots of top 3 finishes, 15 different medal winners & several speeding ticket certificates. We also had pens, bags & water bottles won because every heat winner won a prize which made every race a fight. We had so much determination to get those prizes. Well done each and everyone!!

We now look towards our Christmas Gala next weekend and then to Arena, I look forward to see what December brings!!
