Final Urgent call for Officials at Len Thomas - or it is 6 lanes for Session 2
Hi Everyone,
Thank you for the officials who have already signed up. I know it's a pain receiving all these emails but you know how it is. I have to satisfy the lead referee by end of play today that we have enough officials to run the meet.
We are okay for session 1, maybe one more would help but we can run it on 8 lanes, just. We are however short on session 2. We can currently run on 6 lanes but that would have an impact on the day as you would expect. We need another 4 officials to be able to run on 8 lanes.
The reason I'm sending this to yourselves is that you either haven't got anyone signed up yet or you might have quite a few coming but have only one signed up.
Could I ask for one last push please - anyone who you think either might sign up and just hasn't got around to it or maybe was thinking of not signing up but with a bit of persuasion might do, please let them know.
They can sign up on swim-meet, the link is https://swim-meet.com/Availability/ click on 'Filter by Pool', then click on 'Llandudno Swimming Centre' from the drop down, then click on 'Len Thomas'. Complete sign up and don't forget to click on 'Submit'.
