Open Water Training - Sunday 31st May 2026
Sunday 31st May we will be running a coached/introduction to Open Water swimming session at Sale Water Park at 3pm.

This is an exciting opportunity for experienced Open Water swimmers to practice and train on the course we will be using for race day. This is also a great chance for anyone who is unsure and wants to try it out and see what it is like.

There are the usual things that relate to exercising in general, however, some specific things to be aware of:
A brightly coloured hat is a requirement. No black Winsford hats!
Wetsuits are optional. The upcoming weather looks to be warm so they may not be needed. However, if you've got one, it is worth bringing it along. If you've got more than one and don't mind sharing bring more along.
