SENW Regionals 2026 Weekend 3 - Report

This weekend we had the Age Groupers concluding Regionals over in Liverpool. We are super proud of you all, it’s extremely hard to compete at such a high level in any sport during this time in your life, congratulations for achieving Regional and thank you all for representing Winsford so wonderfully.

We had some great success with more PBs, finals and medals.

Thank you to Mol, Andy and John for sharing coaching over Regionals ensuring we don’t all burn out! Thank you endlessly to all our WASC helpers over the last 2 weekends: Rachel, Eve, Ali, Nicki, Stuart & Sara. Thank you to the swimmers for being a pleasure to be on poolside with.

Repeating a previous write up, it's so important to remember that you are always gathering experience with racing, both to use for future competition but also in life; how you manage the highs and lows of competitive sport will help you navigate some of those same highs and lows in life.
