The SENW Masters Swimming Competition will be held on Saturday 19th September 2026 at Palatine Leisure Centre, Blackpool

North West Triathlon Academy
If you have thought about giving triathlon a go as part of your aquatic journey, but not sure where to start applications for the North West Triathlon Academy for the 2026-2027 programme are now open,

Talent Centres provide a high-quality, supportive environment for U14 and U16 athletes on the national talent pathway. We are inviting new athletes who would like to be considered for the upcoming season to register their interest. [Click here for further details]

Swim England to evolve Coach Education with new curriculum and courses
SE is evolving Coach Education to better reflect the realities of modern coaching and support positive experiences for participants across aquatics.
Alongside the new curriculum, SE are creating a wider range of learning opportunities. SE know that not every coach will want or need to complete a full programme, and many volunteers may prefer more flexible ways to learn alongside their existing commitments.
You can now register your interest in three short courses running in September 2026 by clicking on the titles below:

- Safeguarding refresher module also available [Book your place] (In order to complete the Refresher course all candidates must be 18 years or over and have completed the 3 hour (face to face / online) Swim England Safeguarding course within the last 3 years).
