Training during the hot weather

Please remember to look after yourselves in the hot weather.

Ensure you are already well hydrated before you start training (land or pool).

Make sure you remember to bring your bottle to training and drink regularly. 

Communicate when you need a refill or, if the drink is too warm, an empty then a refill.

Sufficient rests and toilets breaks will be included in all training sessions.
