Epic Swim Wigan 2020
On Saturday 1st August we had 16 swimmers competing in the Epic Swim Wigan. Due to the current pandemic going on, the event was swum as a Time Trial with swimmers going at different times throughout the day, racing against the clock
Winsford had 16 swimmers competing, from the 750m distance right the way up to the 3.8k. The results over the day were fantastic with Winsford gaining a podium placing in every single event.

Winsford again have performed exceptionally well, it bodes very well for the future both in the pool and the open water format. I am sure all our swimmers are looking forward to next years NW Regional Open Water Championships, which take place at Salford. We could have a record number in attendance, that is for sure.
